Dr. LSG is a paediatrician who used to give me lectures 3 months ago. What is so special about him? I am always impressed by his memory power because he remembered 17 of us well just after one round of simple introduction. We only met him 2 hours a week and he managed to remember all of us throughout the posting. One month!
Today, when I was on my way to collect my new student’s ID, I met him again. As usual, I said ‘hi’ to him. To my surprise, he called out my name and said ‘hi’ to me too. I was stunned. Opps, he still remembered my name. Quickly, I checked my name tag and it was facing inward. It was impossible for him to see my name tag. Again, I tried to think what had made him remember me. None! I neither surprise or impress him before. This time, his memory power even impress me further. How I wish I can have a memory power like him. Then, probably I can relax now. Haih!

I dislike abbreviation. Why? Not because of influence by those Dato but personally, I really hate using or listening it. Sometimes, I find it so hard to remember what it means especially when I have to remember more and more abbreviation. Another problem is abbreviation can mean differently to different people. Let’s look at an example, PID is Inflammatory Pelvic Disease to the Gynaecologist while it means Prolapsed Invertebrate Disc to an orthopaedist. So much different right?
On one occasion, I overheard someone talking about STD baby. Wow, I was wondering whose baby was so unlucky to inherit or infect by this disease. However, as I continued listening to the conversation, the STD baby did not fit to the picture in my mind. Finally, I asked them what was happening actually. OMG! It was totally different from what I was thinking.
Guess what did STD mean in their context?
Woohoo! Petrol price is down by another 10 sen. This time, I manage to escape from filling expensive petrol. Finally, my 4 times streak of consuming expensive petrol has ended.
Wasted the whole weekend hiding in the room and lying on my bed. Finally, my headache-predominant URTI also has subsided. Yahoo!
Another unexpected good news when I woke up this morning. Yes!
Hopefully these mark the end of my bad luck period. Good luck is coming nearer and nearer to me

17 members in my groups take turn to pass the infection to each other. I am infected too. I can’t go back to see my cute little niece. Sob! Sob! Just pray hard that the bug is clear as soon as possible, hopefully by this weekend.
There is another dude, who presents with the similar symptoms, but probably different bug (gonorrhoea, chlamydia or syphilis) still insists to go to the paediatric ward. Poor baby and small children. Pray hard that they are not infected by this superbug.
Absolutely no idea what I have done in the past 6 months.
But after yesterday night, I realized…
